How long will it take before my picture is ready.  We aim to return the finished photo to you within 14 days.  Occasionally items may take longer and on these occasions we appreciate your patience.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. (Please allow a few days after an event before viewing the images)  Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Vive La Images photos?  Yes Vive La Images remains the copyright holder of all images sold, unless otherwise agreed and therefore prohibits the copying of any image.
